1. Digital Products

12Viaggi exclusively sells digital travel guides (PDF format). Once your purchase is complete, you will receive the guide directly via email at the address provided during checkout, usually within a few minutes.

2. License to Use

By purchasing a guide, you receive a personal and non-commercial license to use it. Reselling, distributing, or unauthorized sharing of the material is not permitted. Each guide is intended exclusively for the personal use of the purchaser.

3. Payments

We accept payments via credit/debit card and PayPal. All payments are securely processed through certified gateways. Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

 

Refund Policy

We want you to purchase our guides with peace of mind.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund under the conditions indicated below.

✅ When a refund can be requested

A refund can be requested within 7 days of the purchase date exclusively in the following cases:

  • technical problems preventing access to or download of the guide
  • content not conforming to the description on the site
  • obvious errors in the file that compromise its readability

❌ When a refund is not possible

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • partial or complete use of the guide during the trip
  • complete download or repeated access to the content
  • requests based on subjective evaluations (e.g., "I didn't like it," "it wasn't what I was looking for")
  • For products at a symbolic price, no refund is provided.
  • requests made more than 7 days after purchase

How to request a refund

To request a refund, write to us at info@12viaggi.com, indicating:

  • first and last name
  • email used for the purchase
  • order number
  • brief reason for the request

Refund Processing Time

Once the request is approved:

  • the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • the amount will be returned using the same payment method used

12Viaggi reserves the right to evaluate each refund request to ensure the correct use of digital content.
